Hidden in the far corners of the earth are the last remains of the Archaen Civilization, a forbidden island home to artifacts of immense power.
The Archaens, afraid the artifacts would fall into the wrong hands, have booby-trapped the island so that it begins to sink to bury the artifacts and any intruders at sea.
You and your team need to grab the artifacts before they disappear beneath the waves and escape with your lives!
Forbidden island is a two to four player co-operative adventure game in which players will engage their communication, teamwork and critical thinking skills.
Maneuver about the Forbidden Island and retrieve the four artifacts before the island sinks!
Seating is limited to 4 players per session.
Teaching the game will take approximately 20 minutes and will be facilitated by a full-time staff member of the Libraries.
The game will take 30-45 minutes to play, depending on how familiar players are with board games.
